Not so easy

So I am doing this IPTV thing for Korean TV now. So, the video is on my computer, so I was thinking that there must be some way for me to rip this and give you guys some interesting videos.

It is GOM player's new TV service, so it plays through their crazy windows app, so it's not immediately obvious how I might do this.

Is there a catch-all program for ripping whatever video / audio on the screen, and works well?

Uhh, don't rip audio/video as it plays on-screen. You'll be adding new compression to an already compressed source! There must be a program for ripping their video/audio streams...
