If you don't know Japanada, it is a "conversation exchange" (that's what I call them anyway), with many many Japanese people looking to practice to English. However, if you are learning Japanese and need practice (like myself), or just want to learn some cultural stuff, you can also be satisfied here.

I went a few times before Christmas, but this semester causes problems with scheduling, so I haven't been since. It's normally at the Second Cup on Yonge (at Delisle), just North of St. Clair. ( http://toronto.ibegi...ants/second-cup )

Anyway they sometimes have special events (for xmas, new years, etc.) and next week is a specical "Spring Fling".

Here's the e-mail they sent, since they don't have a website..

Japanada usually only has a few roundeyes, actually.

It's about 95% Japanese 5% Canadians of whatever descent.

That's out of about 100 - 110 people. I don't think Otaku know anything about it. Or it's too social for them. heh You should come on Tuesday sometime. My friends and I plan to go regularly this summer.
